摘　　要：资源外取战略强调具有不同优势的企业,进行企业联合形成优势互补,这样不仅可以扩大生存空间,而且在生产经营中强化其核心竞争力。从分析资源外取的定义入手,探讨中小企业实施资源外取的途径和应注意的问题。The outsourcing strategy emphasizes the fact that the enterprises with different advantages should ally and become mutually advantage ous. This not only enlarges the survival scope, but also strengthens core competence in production and management. First this paper discusses the concept of outsourcing, and probes the approach to the outsourcing strategy and some problems which should be Paid to.
