高效液相色谱法测定新雪颗粒中栀子苷的含量

摘　　要：目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定新雪颗粒中栀子苷含量的方法。方法 采用Diamonsil C18(200 mm× 4．6mm,5 μm)色谱柱,乙腈-水(15:85)为流动相,检测波长238 nm,流速1.0 mL／min。结果 线性范围为0．209- 5．22μg(r=0．9999,n=5),平均回收率97．9％,RSD=1．95％(n=5)。结论 本法简便、准确、无干扰,可用于新雪颗 粒的质量控制。Objective To establish the quantitative method of the Geniposide in Xinxue Granules by HPLC. Methods The Diamonsil C18 column （4.6 mm×200 mm, 5 μm） was used. The acetonitrilewater （15 ： 85） mixture is the mobile phase, with the detection at 238 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and column temperature was room temperature. Results The linear range was 0.209～5.22 μg （r=0.9999, n=5）. The average recovery is 97.9%, RSD=1.95% （n=5）. Conclusion This method is convenient, accurate and specified.
