摘 要:工业大用户的窃电问题,严重地损坏了电力企业的利益,采用用电管理系统可以及时发现窃电现象的发生以及窃电地点,可以立刻采取相应措施,对供电局具有重要的现实意义。目前已经广泛采用的GPRS公网通讯,逐步开始进入工业通讯领域。GPRS通讯的实时性强和建设成本低,覆盖范围广等特点,非常适合作为针对工业大用户的用电管理系统的通讯方式。用电管理系统架构为:从工业大用户的表计单元到智能采集终端,经过GPRS公网传输到供电局的配电中心及其后台数据管理系统。介绍了串口/GPRS转换核心模块和基于该核心模块的二次加工后的双向数据转换传输设备,为串口设备进行GPRS通讯提供了简单实现方法。详细介绍了该类智能终端的设计原理,为防止窃电和加强供用电分析管理提供了一种手段。Electric larceny in industrial huge user damaged the benefit of power enterprise seriously.Adopting power consuming administrative system is very important for industrial huge users.The currently broadly used communication network which based on GPRS mode, has entered industrial communication field step by step. GPRS mode has the excellence of real time response and low cost of construction, widely covered scope, and it is very suitable to be the communication network forpower consuming administrative system on industrial huge users. In thisarticle, the power consuming administrative system and it's smart collect unit, which is based on GPRS communication, were introduced in detail. After given the necessary condition and flexibihty, the structure of this system and the principle and complete method of the smart collect unit is showed. Introduced the widely adopted RS232/GPRS convert kernel module and the more well-rounded device. This article give a method of prevent electric larceny, and improvement on management and analysis on power supply and using.
