摘　　要：W-Cu具有好的导电导热性,低的热膨胀系数而被广泛地用作电接触材料、电子封装和热沉材料。主要就新型钨铜合金和钨铜合金制备方法进行了综述。W-Cu alloy is used widely as contact material, electronic sealing and hot depositing material due to excellent electric conductivity and low thermal expansion. Several kinds of new W-Cu alloy and the methods of preparing the W-Cu alloy are reviewed in this paper.
