摘　　要：简述了邻氯苯乙酸的用途及合成方法.用催化羰基化法合成了邻氯苯乙酸.讨论了影响其收率的因素.This paper introduced the usages and synthesizing methods o-chloro phenylacetic acid in brief, o-chloro phenylacetic acid was synthesized by catalytic carbonylation. The affection factors of yields were discussed.
