中药逆转肿瘤多药耐药的研究进展

摘　　要：从中药中寻找高效、低毒、多靶点的逆转剂是目前肿瘤多药耐药研究的热点,现就中药复方、提取物、有效部位及其有效成分逆转白血病、肝癌、乳腺癌、口腔上皮样癌等肿瘤多药耐药的研究进展作一综述。Researches on MDR（multidrug resistance） of tumor presently focus on seeking chernosensitizers with more targets, high effciency and low toxicity from traditional Chinese medicine. This paper reviews the research progress in the reversion of MDR of leukemia, hepatocarcinoma, breast carcinorrka and oral epithelioid neoplasia by TDM compound, its extracts, its groups of active ingredients or its active ingredients.
