摘　　要：为提高继电保护装置开发质量,缩短开发周期,提出了继电保护装置开发平台的软件系统架构和设计,并介绍了系统开发的动机、目标。通过该开发平台,实现了平台和应用的分离。实践证明,使用这套开发平台,缩短了开发时间,降低了开发成本。The paper introduces the software architecture and design of the development platform for protective relay device. The development motivation ,objective ,architecture and design scheme of the software system are presented. This development platform can separate the platform and relay application. Practice has proved that the application of this platform can greatly save the time and reduce the cost of development.
