折流式超重力场旋转床及其在精馏中的应用

摘　　要：开发了一种新型的折流式超重力场旋转床。它的核心结构是一对相嵌的动静折流盘组合,动静折流盘均由不同直径的一组板圈构成,特点是可以完成中间进料和设置多组折流盘。冷模和热模实验结果表明,折流式超重力场旋转床有良好的操作弹性。将两层折流盘共20对动静圈的装置用于精馏过程时,环隙气相动能因子在小于14m.s-1(kg.m-3)0.5的状态下,总理论板数大于11.5块。折流式超重力场旋转床在工业上已成功地应用于甲醇精制和热敏物系脱溶剂的过程。After analyzing defects of rotating packed bed, new type of Higee was explored namely a rotating zigzag mobile - disc and immobile - disc were inlaid each other in pair, and mobile - disc and immobile - disc were respectively composed by a series of circular baffle - boards with different diameters. Features of rotating zigzag high - gravity beds were that middle - feed could easily be charged into bed and multi - layers of discs could be possibly assembled within a casing. Experiments of hydrodynamics and mass transfer showed that rotating zigzag high -gravity bed had good turndown ratio. Bed with two layers of discs （fitted with twenty pairs of mobile and immobile baffle - boards） had been applied to industrial distillation. When F - factor, calculated by annular area between mobile and immobile baffle-boards,was less than 14 m · s^-1 （kg · m^-3）^0.5 ,more than 11.5 theoretical plates were achieved. Rotating zigzag high - gravity bed had been successfully used in continuous distillation process of ethanol -water and methanol -water,and desolventizing of thermal sensitive system in industry.
