摘　　要：图书馆的风险不仅与其外部环境的不确定性有关,而且与其内部管理环境密切相关。图书馆内部风险主要来源于信息资源的采集、储存、管理、使用、计算机信息系统、新产品开发及图书馆人员7个方面,而外部风险主要由自然环境和社会环境两方面的因素造成。图书馆应按照资产清查→风险分析→估计风险造成的年损失→制定可行性方案→预测各种方案可能的年收益→实施方案6个步骤进行风险管理。同时,可以采用风险转移、避免、抑制、组合、预防等方法进行图书馆风险控制。Risk management is a new method and conception of library management. The risk of libraries not only relates with external environments, but also with their internal circumstances. This article analyzes the preservation and management of library information resources, as well as their utilization and the computerized information system of libraries. It is thought in this paper that the development of new products for libraries, the driving force for its development as well as its risk usually come from the nature environment and social circumstances. Meanwhile, advice and several methods are put forward to control the risk of library.
