摘　　要：在欧盟内部,银行跨境并购通常十分困难,这主要是因为欧盟各国的监管当局对银行跨境并购持反对态度,以及欧盟各国在文化、政治、法律等方面的差异。尽管如此,我们预期随着欧洲一体化的加深、德国政府淡出银行业,欧盟银行有望掀起一轮并购浪潮。意大利联合信贷银行对德国HVB的并购就很好地说明了这一点。Mainly due to regulatory authorities’ opposition to banking cross-border M＆A, partly due to insurmountable differences in culture, politics and regulations among EU member countries, there is seldom banking cross-border M＆A among European banks. However, we expect a new wave of cross-border M＆A is under brewing bolstered by deepening of European Integration, abolishment of debt guarantee in Germany. Unicredito Italiano＇s acquisition of HVB is a case in point.
