滋阴清肝消痤汤治疗寻常痤疮48例临床与实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究滋阴清肝消痤汤治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效及作用机理。方法:采用随机对照法对80例寻常痤疮进行临床疗效观察,治疗前后分别测定治疗组(滋阴清肝消痤汤组)和对照组(四环素组)患者血清睾酮、雌二醇水平,并进行体外抗菌试验。结果:治疗组48例,总有效率85.42%,对照组32例,总有效率84.38%,两组疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05)。滋阴清肝消痤汤对痤疮丙酸杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)是0.0125g/ml,对金黄色葡萄球菌的 MIC 是0.025g/ml。结论:该方具有明显的抗雄激素活性及温和的雌激素活性,有调节内分泌及杀菌抗炎的作用。To study on clinical therapeutic effect and the mechanism of Ziyin Qinggan Xiaocuo Decoction for treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods： 80 cases of acne vulgaris were randomly divided into a treatment group （Ziyin Qinggan Xiaocuo Decoction group, 48 cases ） and a control group （tetracycline group, 32 cases）, and serum testosterone （T） and estradiol （E2） level before and after treatment were determined and the antibacterial test in vitro was carried out. Results：The total effective rate was 85.42% in the treatment group and 84.38 % in the control group with no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Minimal inhibiting bacteria content （MIC） of Ziyin Qinggan Xiaocuo Decoction for acne propionic bacillus was 12. 5mg/ml and for Staphylococcus Aureus was 25.0mg/ml. Conclusion ：This recipe is of obvious anti-androgen and mild estrogen activities.
