摘　　要：简要介绍了YF11烟支存储输送系统的工作流程。针对系统运行不稳定、维修麻烦、效率低、英文显示信息不足等缺点,采用PLC代替伺服电脑板,将直流电机改成交流电机,利用变频器进行控制,PLC和变频器通过CANopen总线进行通信,同时采用中文触摸屏代替英文显示系统。描述了系统的硬件配置和主程序框图,给出了PLC和变频器通信的部分程序。This article gives a brief introduction of the work flow of the YF1 1 cigarette storage ＆ transmission system. Because of such defects of the system like unstable operation, inconvenient maintenance, low efficiency and insufficiency of the English information display, it is suggested in this article to replace the servo computer board with PLC, and replace the DC motor with AC motor and control the system through frequency inverter. The communication between PLC and frequency inverter can be realized through CANopen bus. In addition, it is suggested to replace the English display with Chinese touch screen. Also this article gives the description of the hardware collocation and the frame chart of the key program, also it gives part of the program on the communication between PLC and frequency converter.
