摘　　要：介绍一种用于电阻焊机的PID专家控制系统.该系统在实现机器较复杂的机械动作的同时,利用带PCL-818HD多功能卡的工业PC实现焊接电流的高速采样与控制,实现较高精度的恒电流控制,保证焊接的质量.焊接电流的控制采用PID专家控制算法.An expert control system of resistance welding is introduced in this paper. The resistance welding control system achieves complicated mechanic actions. The industrial computer which equips multi- function board - PCL- 818HD gathers current from spot welding machine with high rate and completes the high precision of constant current control, which can guarantee the quality of the welding. In this system, expert - PID algorithm is adopted to make the current constant in the welding process.
