摘 要:本文研究了抗叶锈性不同的小麦品种和毒力不同的叶锈菌小种相互作用过程中过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶谱的变化。结果表明:(1)不亲和组合在接种后48小时出现新酶带3,酶带4活性明显增强,120小时后又出现新酶带9。但亲和组合没有新酶带出现,而在接种后96小时酶带4活性也明显增强;(2)慢锈品种在接种后120小时以前,酶带4活性稍有增强,在120小时后其活性骤然增强。这可能是慢锈品种的特点。如果这些特点在更多的品种上得到验证,则POD同工酶谱分析有可能作为鉴定品种抗叶锈性和区分感病或慢锈品种的一种生理生化指标。Using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis method,the changes inperoxidase (POD) isozymes of wheat varieties infected by leaf rust raceswere studied.The main changes of POD isozyme band patterns were asfollows:(1) In the incompatible combination (race 366 for varietyLovrin 10),there were extra band 3 and band 9 appeared in 48 and120 hr.after inoculation respetively.The activity in band 4 (48 hr.a.i.) was intensified distinctly,but there were no such changes in thecompatible combinations(race 165 for variety Lovrin 10,both races 366and 165 for varieties 5389,Jimai 3 and Shijiazhuang 54).(2) In va-rieties Jimai 3 and Shijiazhuang 54,which have a property of slowrusting,the changes were showed in another pattern.In the early stageof infection,POD activity intensified smoothly,while in 120 hr.afterinoculation the activity of band 4 was intensified remarkably.All theresults suggest that the POD isozyme analysis can be developed as anew method for identifying the variety resistance,race virulence,espe-cially for distinguishing the susceptibility and slow rusting type to leafrust.
