摘  要:本文用WISTAR大鼠作为实验模型,切除1cm坐骨神经,再用同系WISTAR大鼠坐骨神经行异体桥接,修复坐骨神经的缺损。用FLURO—GOLD(F.G)或FAST BLUE(F.B)两种荧光标记物,进行示踪检验,证实WISTAR鼠异体神经桥接能修复周围神经的缺损。In the experiment,the sciatic nerve of Wistar rats were cut off lcm, and then the gap was bridged with nerve homograft of Wistar rats, two kinds of fluorochrome:fluor-gold(FG)and Fast-blue (FB) were used in tracing the continuity of thecut sciaticnerve. the results demonstrated that the retrograde fluorescent tracing of FG and FB was a labelling method to detect the regeneration of peripheral merve fibres and the merve bridge is a suitable bridging material for peripheral nerve reconstruction
