聚四氟乙烯薄膜在动物假关节成形术中作填隔物的实验研究

摘　　要：作者采用聚四氟乙烯(Teflon)薄膜,14只家兔分两组,作假关节骨间填隔实验,进行解剖学和组织学观察.结果:实验组假关节未愈着,活动良好;对照组假关节均错位愈合,无活动度.这表明Teflon薄膜具有防止假关节骨端再愈着的作用,而且使活动灵活.另外实验证明钻孔固定薄膜是可靠的.此膜的组织相容性好,对组织无异物反应,是一种假关节成形术较为理想的非生物填隔材料.In this experimental study, 14 rabbits were divided into two groups. One of them as a conventional, and the other as a con-trast. On animal dissection 6 months after pseudoarthroplasty, the results showed as follows: In the experimented group, the pseudoarthroses healed normally, and their mobility is good;whereas which in the contrast group, the pseudoarthroses healed in malposition, and lack of mobility. This demonstrated teflon film is able to prevent trunion in between the two dissected ends, and enable the joints sliding smoothly. Its tenacity is good as well, no perforation or laceration were seen. On histological observation , its histocompatibility is good, no rejecting reaction, and it is therefore considered as a comparatively ideal nonbiotic separating material in pseudoarthroplast.
