摘　　要：牙本质过敏症的敏感程度分级和对牙本质过敏症治疗前后的疗效评价国内外目前既没有理想的测量方法,也没有专门的测量仪器.接触电敏感测试仪通过接触敏感电位的测试可对患牙敏感程度定量检测.作者应用接触电敏感测试仪对66例患牙使用TMJ药物治疗牙本质过敏症进行临床疗效观察,结果表明;接触电敏感测试仪对牙本质过敏症的定量检测是可靠的.文中还对牙本质过敏症的疼痛机理提出了新的观点.The grading of sensitive degree in dentin allergy and assessment of curative effect from start to finish in curing have not been reported yet. In this respect,both special measuring method and instrument are not avilable now. Poor contact electrosensi-tive measuring instrument (PCESMI) bases on determine of poor contact electro-sensitive potential (PCESP) , which is quantitative determine of sensitive degree in teeth. Applying PCESMI author observed 66 cases clinical curing teeth with dentin allergy using TMK-drug,the result showed:PCESMI is reliable for quantitative determine of dentin allergy. Composition also put forwards a new standpoint in pain mechanism of dentin allergy.
