摘　　要：柱齿钎头的几何参数和合金齿的参数是关系到柱齿钎头寿命的关键参数，因此设计上要合理。本文根据设计原则及实际效果，提出中小钎头的倾角β为１５°～３５°；隙角α为３°～７°．合金齿数的确定应满足破岩功耗最低、有足够强度的要求，齿径可取８～１４ｍｍ，对于水孔设计作者也提出了具体参考意见。The geometric parameters of button bit and the cemented carbide button pa-rameters are critical for the life of button bit. Therefore, the rational design is necessary.According to the design principle and the practical effect , the author provides the dip angleβ=15°～35°and the clearance angle α=3°～7°for smalland medium-sized bits, The deter-mined numbers of carbide button should be satisfied with the requirements of the lowestwork consumption of rock drilling and the sufficient strength. The diameter of button canbe 8～14mm. As for the design of the wet lole, the author also makes the specific referenceviewpoints.
