中澳矿山废弃物管理项目高级访问团赴澳考察报告

摘　　要：根据＂中华人民共和国和澳大利亚政府技术合作促进发展计划关于中国矿山废弃物管理项目的谅解备忘录＂以及＂中澳矿山废弃物管理项目设计文件＂的规定，由中国有色金属工业总公司、国家环境保护局、国家计划委员会、国家对外贸易经济合作部、国家土地管理局、北京矿冶研究总院、中条山有色金属公司、铜陵有色金属公司等单位组成的中澳矿山废弃物管理项目高级访问团一行１０人对澳大利亚进行了访问。文中介绍了这次访问考察的主要任务及考察内容；论述了澳大利亚矿山复垦的特点；并结合我国国情，对我国矿山复垦工作和中澳矿山废弃物管理项目的研究提出了具体建议。According to the regulations of 'Memorandum of Understandingbetween the Government of Australia and China Relating to the China MineWaste Management Project under the Program of TechnicaI Cooperation forDevelopment between the Government of Australia and China' and 'DesignDocument of China-Australia Mine Waste Management Project',a high-leveldelegation of China-Australia mine wastes management,alI together tenpeople,composed of CNNC,the State Environment Protection Bureau,theState Planning Commission,the Ministry of Foreign Trade and EconomicCooperation,the State Land Management Bureau.BGRIMM.ZhongtiaoshanNonferrous Metals Company,and Tongling Nonferrous Metals Corporationmade a visit to Australia,In this paper, the main task and activities ofthis investigation to Australia are introduced; the features of mine resto-ration in Australia discussed.Combined with the actual conditions in China,the detailed suggestions on mine restoration work in China and research onthe project of China-Australia mine wastes management are put forward.
