摘　　要：液压镐是一种高效节能的新型破碎设备，与风镐相比具有耗能少、效率高、寿命长及噪音低等优点，但由于国内尚无成熟产品，液压镐还来得到广泛应用。笔者经过近三年的没计、加工及试验，成功地研制了ＳＹＧ－１型液压镐，井在设计及制造方面进行了一些有益的尝试。本文简述了ＳＹＧ－１型液压镐的工作原理、设计要点及结构特点。Hydraulic Hammer is a new breaking equipment.Compared with Pneumatic Pick, it has features of high efficiency,lower energy const1mption,long life,lower noise, etc,As there is not any well-developed product,it has not been yet widely used in China,After three year,s design, manufacture and experilnents,SYG-1 Hydraulic Halnmer is successfully developed,The author has got some experiences in design and lnanufacture,In this paper, the working principle, tbe main Points of design and structure features are descri-bed。
