摘  要:本文研究了静态和飞翔开始阶段东方粘虫Mythimnaseparata(Walker)飞翔肌、脂3肪体及肠道内糖元和海藻糖以及血淋巴内海藻糖含量的动态变化。飞行1h后脂肪体内消耗糖元最多,约占总消耗糖类的80%-90%;其次是肠道组织的糖元消耗,飞翔肌肉糖类含量是有限的,仅够飞翔最初时期(3min)使用。在此时期,飞翔肌海藻糖含量上升然后下降,脂肪。体和肠道海藻糖经历下降和继而上升的变化。然而,血淋巴内海藻糖含量一直下降到流入和流出量持平。雄蛾飞翔肌糖类代谢水平高于雌蛾飞翔肌。The quantitative changes of glycogen and trehalose in the flight muscle, fat body and midgut as well as the trehalose level in the hemolymph of the adultarmyworm Mythimna separata (Walker) during the initial period of flight were determined by means of TLC and colorimetric method. After one hour of flight theconsumption of glycogen from the fat body reached the highest, accounting for about 80 % ---90 % of the total carbohydrate consumed, and that from the midgut wasrated the next. The amount of carbohydrate consumed from the flight muscle is solimited that as a fuel, it can only support flight for three minutes. During the flightperiod, concomitant with the decrease of trehalose concentration in hemolymph,the trehalose leyel in the flight muscle increased initially, decreased five minutes later, and reached a steady state at 15 to 30 minutes. However, the concentrations oftrehalose in fat body and midgut decreased within 5 minutes at the beginning offlight, and then increased and approached a more or less constant level after thirtyminutes of flight. The rate of carbohydrate metabolism in the male flight musclewas higher than that in the female.
