摘　　要：用参丹四物汤加抗生素治疗慢性肺源性心脏病２８例，与同期单用西药治疗组相对比，有较好的疗效（Ｐ＞０．０１），且能缩短疗程，减少毒副作用和并发症，降低死亡率．e reported the effect of Chinese traditional medicine and Western medicine on 28 casesof pulmonary cardiac disease.Chinese traditional medicine was a better effect than that ofWestern medicine.The result showed that it took shorter and had less side-effect, complica-tion and death rate
