摘　　要：采用自体趾甲游离移植术重建指甲８例取得良好效果．作者建议采用第二趾甲为供体，并对手术要点。Treatment of eight cases of finger neil reconstruction using self toe neil by freetransplantation are reported.It is suggested that second toe neil be used in transplantation.The main points of the operation,application as well as how to keep the length and shape offinger are discussed
