摘　　要：急性心肌缺血所致猝死是法医学鉴定的重点和难点．准确、快速和简便的鉴定方法的产生有赖于对缺血心肌坏死全过程的全面和深入了解．作者对近年有关急性缺血心肌的代谢、功能和结构改变的研究进展进行了综述，并对在这些研究成果上建立的各种法医鉴定方法进行了评价．The Forensic indentification of sudden death from acute myocardial ischemia is not only an important but also a difficult problem．The development of an accurate，rapid，easy and cheap method of identification should depend on the wide and deep understanding of the process of myocardial ischemia and necrosis．In the present paper，recent researches on metabolic，functional and structural changes taking places in early ischemic cardiac myocytes are reviewed，and several forensic identification methods which are based on the findings of these research work are introduced and evaluated．
