云南壮族人群EAP,ADA和AK_1的分布及其基因频率

摘　　要：采用ＥＡＰ－ＡＤＡ－ＡＫ１淀粉凝胶同步电泳分型法调查了云南壮族人群红细胞同工酶ＥＡＰ，ＡＤＡ和ＡＫ１的表型分布．计算出这３种红细胞酶型的基因频率分别是：ＥＡＰＡ０．２７３７，ＡＤＡ１０．９６７２，ＡＫ１ｌ．００００．３种酶型均未发现变异型．文中还计算出了３种酶型的个人识别能力及累积识别能力，并对被调查群体的基因频率与其他群体作了比较．The distribution of erythrocytic acid phosphatase（EAP），adenosine deaminase（ADA）and adenylate kinase（AK1） phenotypes was investigated by starch gel simultaneous typing among unrelated individuals from the Zhuang ethnic group in Yunnan Province of China，The gene frequencies of the three isoenzymes were：EApA0．273 7，ADAⅠ0．996 4，AK111．000 0，respec tively．No variant of the three enzymes was found in this investigation，The probability of discrimination（DP）of EAP and ADA was calculated．And the gene frequencies of investigated group were compared with those from other groups in this paper．
