海洛因对人体食物摄入量及营养状况的影响

摘　　要：对１８４例海洛因依赖者做了饮食生活习惯调查，并对有躯体依赖症状者分别于戒断前和戒断后采用５ｄ连续称重法做了膳食调查、体检和血、尿生化指标检测。结果表明：药瘾者在染毒期除了各种食物营养素和热能摄入量显著低于非染毒期外，体检情况及血尿生化指标变化较大，戒断后期血清蛋白含量、Ｈｂ及体重均有明显增加（Ｐ＜０．０１或Ｐ＜０．０５），机体营养状况大为改善．调查中亦证实海洛因可影响人体睡眠习惯及性功能．One hundred and eighty－four cases of heroin－dependent persons were investigated and their habits and dietary practices were also inquired．The physical examinations，blood and urine biochemical analyses and a five－day nutrition screening with weighing method were taken in subjects，who had physiologically heroin－dependent syndromes， before and after the heroin cessation．The results showed that the nutrient intake of the drug addicts was significant lower before than after the heroin cessation ，and in addition a great change was demonstrated in their physical examination and the biochemical index of their blood urine．After the abstinence from heroin the level of serum protein and hemoglobin and the body weight were significantly increased（P＜0．01 or P＜0．05），and the nutrition condition was obviously improved．This study also suggests that heroin can influence sleeping and sexuality．
