摘 要:结果表明,旱作栽培及2水、4水、6水处理对冬小麦旗叶光合速率、胞间CO2浓度无明显影响;旱作栽培处理小麦旗叶的蒸腾速率显著低于浇2、4、6水处理的;旱作处理可使小麦旗叶、旗叶鞘及旗叶节间(裸)的叶绿素含量显著高于浇2、4、6水处理的。The work was carried out from the first of October 1991, to the 10th of June, 1992, inLaiyang. The results showed that drought cultivating and irrigating treatments had no obvious effect on the photosynthetic rate and intercellular CO2concentration of flag leaves ofwinter wheat. The transpiration rate of drought cultivation treatment was obviously lowerthan that of irrigating treatment, and the chlorophyll contents of nag leaf, flag leaf sheathand top internode of wheat plant in drought cultivating conditions were significantly higherthan those of wheat plant in irrigating conditions.
