摘  要:用0.001μg/LDATCD-A[1-异烟酰基-4'-氯代苯基)-氨基硫脲]溶液喷施黄瓜幼苗后,发现RuBiSCO的羧化活性增加,加氧活性下降,羧化与加氧比值上升。与光合碳还原(PCR)和光合碳氧化(PCO)有关的指标如光合速率提高,而乙醇酸氧化酶(GO)活性、光呼吸相对值、CO2补偿点均呈下降趋势。因此认为DATCD-A具有调节黄瓜叶片中PCR和PCO途径的作用,这可能是导致黄瓜增产的主要原因。The RUBISCO carboxylation activity was accelerated, the oxygenation was declined and the carboxylation/oxygenation ratio was obviously enhanced in cucumber leaves after spraying it with 10 μg/L DATCD-A. Some factors related to photosynthetic carbon reduction(PCR) and photosynthetic carbon oxidation (PCO) were also changed for photosynthesis, for example both CO2 diffusion resistance and photosynthesis rate increased while Glycollate oxidase (GO), relative photorespiration and CO2 compensation point were all declined. The DATCD-A was considered as one of the factors regulating PCR and PCO pathway in cucumber leaves. this might be a cause to enhance cucumber output.
