内源性类洋地黄样物质的放免测定及与高血压的关系

摘　　要：本文应用地高辛放射免疫测定法对46例正常人及36例高血压患者进行了血清内源性类洋地黄样物质(EDLC)测定。结果表明高血压患者血清EDLC含量为0.50±0.39nmol/L(X±S)明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。同时设备在压患者EDLC水平与心纳素(ANO)含量呈正相关而与醛固酮(ALD)含量呈负相关。The concentration of endogenous digitalis - like compound (EDLC) was measured by kigoxin radioim-munoassay in 46 healthy subjects and 36 patients with hypertension. The result showed that the Ievel of EDLC in patients with hypertension was much hihger than that in healthy subuects(P<0. 01). The level of EDLC herewith was positively correlated with the level of Atria netriuretic polyiptide (ANP) and was nega-tively correlated with;t the level of Aldosterone.
