高原环境下大鼠对硒制剂耐受力的实验研究

摘  要:本实验将大鼠从上海空运至兰州,很快转至高海拔地区,用光镜及电镜观察了亚硒酸钠 (3mg/kg,ip,隔日)对大鼠的影响。结果发现在高原环境下大鼠对硒的耐受力减低,引起大鼠猝死并 加重高原缺氧对心肌的损伤,降低了大鼠高原适应性。本文还对其耐受机理进行了初步讨论。In present paper the influences of plateau on tolerence of selenium in rats myocardium were detected by common microscopy and electronic microscopy after injected selenium. The rats were taken from the areas of near sea level(5m above sea Ievel) to plateau(3600m above sea level)within 10 days. It was showed that the tolerence of myocardium of rats to selenium were reduced under the enviroment of plateau could cause my-ocardial lesion and even lead death in such a circumstances of hypoxia in high altitude and disordering the abil-ity of rats adapting to high altitude. The mechanism of tolerence was also discussed.
