摘　　要：从成牛血清制得电泳纯的胶因素（Ｋ），将Ｋ在筛选条件下结合到ＶＴ树脂上制成Ｋ－ＶＴ吸附剂．每克吸附剂含Ｋ９．０ｍｇ，柱反应时可吸附３．２ｍｇ系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）病人血浆中的循环免疫复合物（ＣＩＣ）．吸附剂在４℃或室温下存放六个月后，性能基本保持不变．吸附剂不吸附血清白蛋白及抗体ＩｇＧ，对血液中细胞破坏少．除可用于分析检测ＣＩＣ外，具有潜在的临床治疗前景。Conglutinin (K) was purified from Bovine Serum and bound to VT beads in selected conditions to get K-VT absorbents. The K-VT contained 9.0mg of K per gram beads and could bind 3.2mg of systematic Lupus Erythmatosus (SLE) Circulating Immune Complexes (CIC). After being stored at 4℃ or room temprature for 6 months, K-VT lost little activity. K-VT had no detected affinity for Human serum Albumin and IgG and low destruction rates for blood cells. K-VT might be used in analysing and detecting CIC, treating CIC related diseases.
