摘 要:本工作发明了一种新的活性碳纤维(ACF)制备工艺—内胆密封式两段法制备ACF的工艺,并对这种工艺的特点,ACF的制备,结构及性能进行了较全面的研究。两段法制备ACF的新工艺设备简单,操作方便,能耗低,生产效率高,总生产周期比单炉间歇法生产工艺缩短约10~12倍。并且碳化升温程序可在很大范围内灵活调节.采用两段法可制备出性能优异的ACF。所制粘胶基ACF绞纱比表面积可达900~1200m2/g.其产品以微孔为主,没有过滤孔和大孔。产品的微晶晶粒尺寸和相应的吸附性能指标与沥青基ACF相近。A new preparation technique of ACF by two stages in stoves with sealed sted containers was invented in this paper. The preparation, structures and properties of ACFs were investigated simultaniously. The experimental results indicated that the new preparation technique is simple for facilities, easy to operation, low in power consumption and high in production efficiency. The production cycle was shortened 10~12 times compared with that of interval production technique with single stove. The carbonization program can be ad justed in a wide range and the properties of ACFs produced were satisfied. The specific surface areas of ACFs obtained can reach 90~1200M2/g. The ACFs obtained mainly contain micropores. There were not mid-and macropores on ACF. The adsorption capacities and crystal sizes of ACFs produced approach the level of PACF.
