摘　　要：本文在最佳条件下将猪Ｃｌｑ与活化的ＶＴ树脂反应制备了Ｃｌｑ－ＶＴ免疫吸附剂，每克干重ＶＴ可结合０．５ｍｇＣｌｑ，可吸附１．４ｍｇ热凝聚人ＩｇＧ（ＡＨＧ）。ＳＤＳ—ＰＡＧＥ结果表明Ｃｌｑ－ＶＴ免疫吸附剂只对ＡＨＧ特鼻吸附，而不吸附其它血清蛋白。应用Ｃｌｑ－ＶＴ免疫吸附剂吸附ＳＬＥ病人血浆中循环免疫复合物（ＣＩＣ），结果表明约有５２％的ＣＩＣ被清除。Ｃｌｑ－ＶＴ免疫吸附剂只能一次性地使用。In this paper we have prepared Clq-VT immunoadsorbent with porcine Clq and activated VT resin in selective conditions. Each gram of dried VT could couple 0. 5mg Clq and it could adsorb 1. 4mg AHG. Analysis on SDS-PAGE indicated that Clq-VT adsorbent could specifically adsorb AHG and had no affinity to other serum protein. Using this adsorbent we could clear away 52% of the CIC in the plasma of patient with SLE. The Clq-adsorbent could be used only once.
