摘 要:研究A3结构钢,损伤累积过程中的声发射特性,对其在静、动载荷下声发射参数进行了分析。声发射振铃的上升、下降与材料内部的损伤程度有关。在一定的条件下,可以根据声发射信号的强弱、上升及下降的趋势,判别材料内部的损伤程度.To reveal the characteristics of acoustic emission(AE) for ductile materialsduring damage accumulation,a series of tests were carried out in our laboratory. Thispaper presents several AE results about static and fatigue loading induced damage behaviorfor A3 structural steel.Different AE properties are discovered when A3 steel underwenttension,fatigue and then tension。 Two peaks in the AE counts vs.time imply differentdamage states for the specimen during static loading after fatigue,yielding and damageaccumulation limit.Not only the increasing but also the decreasing AE signals are relatedto the mechanism changes in ductile materials i.e.,to further damaging and shrinking of thecross-sectional area and warning of failure。
