摘　　要：本文简要介绍氧气转炉炼钢过程静态控制的基原理与功能，以及用于静态控制的理论型、统计型与经验型的数学模型。The present paper briefly described the fundamental principle and function of static control in converter steelmaking process,and the three kinds of mathematical models(i.e. theorecti-cal、statistical and exrperienced)used in the static control.
