摘  要:在水力学模型实验的基础上,对初选的喇叭型、直通型和牛鼻子型3种超薄型水口进行结晶器流场激光测试,定量的研究直弧形截面薄板坯连铸结晶器内流体流动特征和水口出口速度分布。为进一步采用数学模型研究结晶器流场、优化伸入式水口结构和工艺参数打下基础。On the basis of the results of hydralic modeling experiment,trumpet type,straight through type and ox- nose type super thin nozzless flow fields in thin slab caster mold were mea-sured by Laser Deppler Anemometre(LDA ).The fluid flow characteristics in mould and velocity distributions of the mozzles outflow have quantitatively been studied.It has laid the foundations for further studying the flow field in mold with mathematical models and optimizing submerged nozzle shape as well as casting process parameters.
