摘　　要：为确保武钢3200m^3高炉冷却壁软水密闭循环冷却系统的正常运行,炼铁厂对该系统进行了严格的科学管理,包括高炉投产前的各项基础技术工作及投产后的操作管理。其中水温差(△t)和热负荷(Q)参数的控制是确保系统安全运行的关键。该高炉投产已逾三年,无一块冷却壁烧坏。In order to ensure normal operation of the closed loop soft water cooling system for 3200m3 BF at Wuhan I &.S Co.,a series of measures.which include various basic technical measures before BF was blown-in and operation management measures after BF was blown-in,have been taken.Among these measures,the control of temperature difference of water(A^) and heat load (Q) is key to ensure safety of cooling system in operation.None of the cooling staves has been burned out since the 3200m3 BF was blown-in in October,1991.
