摘　　要：1992年武钢炼铁厂开始对1号制粉系列的煤粉收集及制粉工艺系统进行改造。新系列采用高浓度袋式收粉器取代了原两级旋风收粉器和一级袋式收粉器,1995年1月投产以来,已取得了耗电量降低、排放浓度下降、球磨机出粉产量提高、滤袋使用寿命延长等效果。Modernization of the No.1 pulverizing system at the Ironmaking Plant of Wuhan Iron & Steel Group Co.was started in 1992.One high dust bag house collector is used in place of two former cyclone collectors and a bag house collector.Since the innovated pulverizing system was put into operation in January,1995,the results such as the.reduction of electrical power consumption,the decrease of dust emission,the raise of pulverized coal output of ball grinding mill,the prolongation of filter bag service life were obtained.
