填料塔进料气体分布器的研究

摘　　要：对精馏塔各种塔料气体分布器的结构进行了分析对比,开发与改进了双切向环流式气体分布器.该分布器气体均布性较好,液沫夹带较少,阻力较小,已在大型润滑油减压塔中应用成功.Based on the analysis and comparison of configurations of feeding gas distributors in rectification towers, the bitangent di-rection circulating type gas distributor was developed and improved. Such distributors have good gas equidistribution, less mist entrainment as well as low pressure drop, and have already been successfully applied in a large lube vaccum tower.
