摘  要:结合某化工厂往复压缩机管道的振动改造,从现场实测到理论计算和分析,系统地研究了往复压缩机管道的振动特征,通过典型管系的频谱分析,对其振动情况作出了合理的技术评估.分析表明本文采用的测试方法是正确的,理论计算结果与现场实测数据相当吻合.Combining with the vibration improvement of the reciprocating compressor piping in a chemical plant, vibration characteristics of piping were investigated systematically from spot measurement to theoritical calculation and analysis. Its reasonable vibration technical assessment was given via spectrum analysis of typical piping. Analysis indicated that the measuring method used in the investigation is correct, and the theoritical calculation results are well accordant with the data obtained from spot measurement.
