摘　　要：济南炼油厂气体脱硫装置将溶剂—乙醇胶更换为YXS-93型新型高效选择性溶剂,其主要成分为N-甲基二乙醇胺+添加剂,解决了原工艺存在的干气质量合格率低、酸性气质量差、能耗高、溶剂消耗量大等问题,取得了较为满意的效果。Taking the place of the solvent-ethanolamine in the gas desulfurizer by a high-efficiency selective solvent type YXS-93 (main components of which being N-methyldiethanolamine plus additive) in Jinan Refinery, such problems of the original process as low qualification percentage of dry gas, inferior quality of sour gas, high energy consumption as well as high consumption of solvent etc. were solved and satisfactory results were obtained.
