摘　　要：提出了用气化模铸造型内球化处理生产球铁铸件的方法及其工艺要点。试验表明，只有合理选择各项工艺因素，才可获得细小圆整的石墨球。This paper presents a kind of method for producing ductile iron castings with the technique of evaporative pattern casting and in mould spheroidizing, and introduces its main measures. Tests show that only by reasonably selecting and assuring every individual processing factor, can the fine and fully round graphite nodules be obtained, which guarantees the matrix to contain pearlite over 80%.
