摘 要:对碳、硅对低合金白口铁中碳化物形态在高温下的变化程度的影响进行了试验研究。结果表明低合金白口铁中含有合适的碳量不仅可获得较理想的碳化物量,而且还可得到有利于高温变形的形态,硅的加入可降低热处理温度、缩短保温时间。C:2.6%~3.0%,Si:1.3%~1.8%,Cr:1.8%~2.5%,Mn:1.8%~2.5%,经960℃,4小时保温,空淬后的ak值达14J/cm2,硬度为HRC52,碳化物多呈蠕虫状。The tests and research are made on the effects of carbon and silicon amount on the deforming extent of the carbide form contained in white cast iron of dilute alloy under high temperature. The results showed that the suitable content of the carbon in the white cast iron of dilute alloy can not only produce an ideal amount of carbide, but also produce the form favourable to the deformation under high temperature. With silicon added to the white iron of dilute alloy, the heat treatment temperature can be lowered and the temperature holding time shortened. As C: 2.6% ̄3.0%, Si: 1.3% ̄1.8%, Cr: 1.8% ̄2.5%, Mn: 1.8% ̄2.5%, under 960℃, with four hrs holding time of temperature, the a E value reaches 14 J/cm 2, the hardness being 52 HRC, the carbide being looked like worm states after air quenching.
