摘　　要：对硬膜外麻醉下剖宫产时应激反应进行了研究，通过测定β－内啡肽、强啡肽、皮质醇加压药及生长素，说明硬膜外麻醉可以抑制这类下腹部手术的应激反应。he levels of endophines, cortisol, vasopressin and growth hormone in venous blood were examined in 10pregnant wornen during cesd,rean section under epidural analgesia. Results show that epidural analgesia could in- hibit effectively the undesirable stress responses induced by surgical trauma during lower abdominal and pelvic op- erations.
