摘　　要：对８９例经多种保守治疗效果不佳、窦口鼻道复合体（ＯＣ）均有不同病变的鼻窦炎患者，在内窥镜下行ＯＣ疏通术。术前和术后分别测定了鼻纤毛的输运功能，术前鼻纤毛输运功能下降，术后得到不同程度的恢复。相关分析结果表明，鼻纤毛输运功能与鼻甲肿大程度呈负相关关系。Abstract Functional endoscopic sinus surgery was performed on 89 patients with chronic sinusitis. All of those patients were not satisfied with different conservative treatment.The nasal cilia transportation function was measured before and after the operation. We found that the nasal cilia transportation function was reduced before and improved differently after the operation. The results of correlation analysis indicated that there was a negative correlation between nasal turbinate congestion and nasal cilia clearance.
