超顺磁性氧化铁混悬剂用作磁共振胃肠腔造影剂的临床试用

摘　　要：本文报道一种ＭＲＩ阴性造影剂─超顺磁性氧化铁混悬剂用作胃肠腔造影剂的临床试用结果。结果表明：这种造影剂有较好的ＭＲＩ胃肠阴性造影效果，无明显副反应，受检者易于接受。０．１２６ｍｇＦｅ／ｍｌ为较适造影浓度，６００ｍｌ～８００ｍｌ为较适剂量。The clinical application of a kind of MRI negative contrast agent-superparamagnetic iron oxide particles suspension as contrast medium for gastrointestinal tract was reported. The result showed that this contrast medium had good contrast effects, no important side-effects was observed, 0.126 mg Fe/ ml was the appropriate contrast concen tration,600～ 800ml was the appropriate contrast volume.
