摘　　要：６０例静吸复合全麻病人，术毕具备拔管指征时，随机分为四组，即对照组、利多卡因组、安定利多卡因组和硝酸甘油组，分别于拔管前５ｍｉｎ、拔管即刻及拔管后３ｍｉｎ、６ｍｉｎ测量ＳＢＰ、ＤＢＰ、ＭＡＰ、ＨＲ、ＲＰＰ。结果表明，后两组能有效地预防拔管时的心血管反应。Sixty patients who had indications of extubation after completion of operation were devided into four groupsand given lidocaine, diazepan-lidocaine and nitroglucerin respectively 2 to 5 min before extubation. SBP,DBP,MAP,HR and RPP were measured 5 minutes before extubation, at extubation, 3 and 6 minutes after extubationrespectively. The results show that diazepan-lidocaine and nitroglucerin could effectively prevent the cardiovascularresponse to extubation.
