摘　　要：研究不同浓度的ＴＮＦα（５０～１０００Ｕ／ｍｌ）对表皮细胞增殖的影响。结果表明，较高浓度的ＴＮＦα对原代培养的表皮细胞有显著的抑制效应，这为探讨ＴＮＦα与银屑病的关系以及应用ＴＮＦα治疗银屑病提供了实验依据。The effect of human recombinant tumor necrcois factor-α(TNFα)on the proliferation of human primary epidermal cells cultured in serum free medium was investigated.It was showed that TNFα markedly suppressed the cell growth at higher concentrations.The result provide experimental evidence for both the exploratory relationsipe between TNFα and psoriasis and therapeutic application for psoriasis.
