白细胞介素8在银屑病发病机理中的作用

摘　　要：用酶免疫组化法观察１３例银屑病皮损、９例非皮损皮肤和１０例正常皮肤组织中ＩＬ－８的表达与分布，并研究ＩＬ－８对表皮细胞增殖的影响。结果表明９例皮损组织的表皮层显示ＩＬ－８阳性反应，而患者非皮损皮肤及正常人皮肤表皮层均呈阴性反应。体外实验证实，ＩＬ－８能明显促进原代培养的人表皮细胞增殖，并呈一定的剂量依赖性。Interleukin-8(IL-8) is a potent pro-inflammatory cytokine.In this paper its expression in biopsies from 13 patients with psoriasis and its effect on proliferation of human epidermal cells were investigated.With immunohistochmistry technique,IL-8 immunoreactivity was seen in lesional epidermis from 9 patients,but not in epidermis of non-lesional and healthy control skins.Furthermore,recombinant human IL-8 markedly promoted the proliferation of primary epidermal cells cultured in serum-free medium. The results indicated that IL-8 may be a main mediator linking both the inflammation and keratinocyte proliferation of psoriasis.
