网状红斑性粘蛋白病1例

摘　　要：报告1例网状红斑性粘蛋白病。患者中年男性，皮损主要发生于面、胸及背部，为网状红斑基础上出现褐色丘疹。病理检查显示真皮中上部胶原纤维束间有粘蛋白沉积。该例患者尿酸水平明显增加，是否与本病有关需进一步观察。作者对网状红斑性粘蛋白病的临床病理特点、发病机制及治疗进行了文献复习。One case of reticular erythematous mucinocis is reported in this paper. The patient was a middle-aged male, with the lesions predominately on the face, chest and back. The main lesions were brown papules on the base of reticulo-erythema. The pathological examination showed that the mucin deposited between the collagen bundles in the superfical and mid dermis. The uric acid increased prominently in this patient, whether it is relevant to the reticular erythematous mucinosis needing for future observation. The clinicopathoogical features, pathogenesis and treatment of the disease were reviewed.
